If you are buying 1-10 workplace/home kits or 1-5 workplace/home plus kits, or 1-10 vehicle/explorer kits or 1-20 handy kits, then we will ship your order with Australia Post Eparcel + signature. You will receive an automatic tracking email from Australia Post that lets you know your tracking # and it will keep you up to date during the transit of your kit/s. Make sure you have correctly entered your email address!
We dispatch kits on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. We process orders the night before by about 9pm. So if you are outside of this cut-off, then your order will be shipped on the next dispatch day.
Delivery typically takes 2 - 5 business days from dispatch. We are based on the East Coast of Australia, so dispatch to Sydney and Eastern states are quicker than Western Australia. Western Australia turnaround is typically 5-6 days.
Australia Post will send through an automatic tracking # so you will know exactly where your item is along the way. You can even arrange for a safe drop by interacting with the email and Australia Post's system.
If you have purchased more than 1 box worth of products, then we will ship it with TNT. TNT only delivery to physical addresses. You cannot use a PO BOX. This will hold up your delivery if you use a PO BOX.
